Galactic Trade Wars http://www.galactictw.com is up and running. Saturday at 7PM EST / 8 PM CST I will be banging 5 new games on the Galactic TW server. What edits/settings would you like to see? Tentatively thinking about the following: Pirates Subzero I will be opening a teaching game with some sysop scripts to come. What other edits would you like to see? |

Guys I am preparing Galactic Trade Wars for our grand opening on Saturday, if you want to test out the server check it out here. I am going to start with 5 games. I've loaded only 2 so far. Will have full specs up tonight. galactictw.ddns.net:2002 |

Star Trek, and Star Wars tend to be very popular for unlimited, Hell on Earth and On the Road are also good but don't see them as much. Pirates and MOO2 are usually most popular for turn-based. Dragon Slayer is nice for high turn (or time-limited unlimited turn). You could do a wandering planet edit maybe. If you're going to bang something with Alien races I'd get in touch with Vid - his aliens are way better than any other server, smarter, faster, more of them, and a great balance between too easy and impossible to beat. |

I just opened 5 games as of 7:30 PM CST. I have several edits, based off the feedback you guys have given. Galactic TW is officially opening at 7:30 PM CST on Saturday 4-18-2015. You can check out the server @ galactictw.ddns.net:2002. The first launch will include fresh games: (A)Trade Wars Academy – 20k sectors | unlimited turns | learning/building game mean to learn the basics of game play (B)Sub Zero – 30k sectors | unlimited turns (C)Star Wars – 20k sectors | unlimited turns (D)Moo2 – 20k sectors | 1,500 turns (E)Pirates Final – 5k sectors 1,200 turns The server is now up, the games are loaded if you want to log-in to check out the server. I will rebang all games at game time Saturday. |
