I'm a newby who wants to learn. I am addicted to the game and the wife says I spend too much time playing it, lol. My problem is that I usually get into games with much more experienced players and get my Ace kicked. Which I don't mind as I learn something new everytime. But it sure would be nice to speed up the learning curve a little. I'm able to play every day as my work hours are very flexible. I have a very strong grasp of the basics of the game. I've even managed to figure how to use Swath, TWProxy, and various public scripts. I have some experience as Blue and Red, have built a few planets, upgraded ports, blown up ports, ect. Although I have been playing for less than a month, I feel as tho I have as much experience as someone who has been playing for 6 months. If I only had a vet player to show me the ropes I know I would become a serious player and a valuable asset. AND, more importantly, if someone donated their time to me coaching, they would recieve my undying loyalty in any game. I'm a quick learner, I'm dedicated to learning the game, and I'm very loyal and dependable. Anyone want me???

Anytime you want a partner, let me know. The Colonial Marines would take you on in a second.

That's okay. I've learned a lot from you old timers. Coming up with the name was easy. Finding a partner, now that's hard.

Thanks for the invite guys. It was nice to feel welcomed. I have to pass on the offers right now. If you all will give me a couple months to train I'm sure I'll make a better corp partner for you. Again, thx!

Huntster,
Hit me up on icq, I like to train when I have the time, in the past, every one of the people I have trained have stayed on to corp with me, I appriciate that, but it is not a needed requirment We'll work your bugs out.

Thx Grazhopper. I was looking at ICQ for dload. When did ICQ change to a pay program? (I'm dating myself here.) Last time I used ICQ it was shareware, now you have to subscribe, at least from the website I was at. Is there still a free version out there somewhere? I really don't want to subscribe if I don't have to. I have Yahoo, and Windows messenger, both with voice, and their free. I like that part of it. lol
