Yeah, for an edit that's supposed to last a month, I've yet to see it last that long.

I'm having a harder time convincing my corp to play against those who have "inside" knowledge of the TWA.

It's a fun edit, but until there's full disclosure, you're going to have a harder time finding anyone outside of LP's team and Vid's team to play against.

Is the Sink Hole a pod for a specific ship?

That's what we're thinking, and we don't know it's capabilities yet. When someone self-pods the logs don't indicate which ship they podded in. This game has quiet a few ships, and 9 Alien races. He's also running the server side script that tells details of gold ships, everything EXCEPT which pod comes with which ship. I'm going to study the logs again to see if the opposition capped an alien ship.

Low Profile did upgrade the Alien planets to make them tougher to invade, but he also put more cash in the citadels, so once you cap one, you're funded to cap the next... etc.

End game is to cap 5 of the 9 Alien planets and hold them for 2 days. On day 2 of this game, our opposition caped 6 Alien planets and are sporting the unique ship and others that cost 200M.

This is a 2k turn game. I'm pretty sure they have the TWA or know it's secrets.

I have asked J.P. to fix the Alien mechanism where the SysOp fortifies the planet and leaves $$ as reward , the aliens do not touch these values ..

As it is now , the planet gets 4.5 mil figs put on it with 275 mil credits .. the aliens move 4.2 mil figs to orbit and take some credits .. leaving an easy
to take planet .. just photon over the figs in orbit and kill off the 1 mil or less on planet.

This game should last 30 days IF this were fixed , the way it is fortified.
Instead this game only lasts just about a week or 2.

This game is over, they have 7 of the 9 planets now, and only need to hold them for 2 days to win. The game has been running for 4 days. One more day and they win.

This still does not tell me what ship has which ship for a pod. I'm sorry, unless the Author is willing to share this TWA publicly, I don't think it will get much play.

I'd like a chance to balance it. Maybe make the Over Pass not quite so high in off odds, less cash in the citadels.

The cat out of the bag .. looks like Amros has figured out on there own how to make a Sink Hole ship .. costing 212 mil ship in the process (hint hint).

Funny how he never asked for inside info on the edit , they just played it out a few times.
And is getting better each round .. I can not wait for another round against his team .. my last game was fun .. even though we took a loss.

Thats cause they got a copy of On_the_Road.zip that was released back in May by Traveller.

The Auther of this TWA has asked me to ask where/who did you get the TWA from so he knows who not to trust in the future.

He is unable to get on this web site because of the spam protection and something always seems to be wrong with the passwords he gets and uses.

He has asked me to inform the poster of said TWA to remove it , it is not a public release nor is it the TWA in question.
The sink hole does exist in the edit but is not attached to any ship as a pod or even made other then manual deployment.

The planets are not even the same as. So much has changed from On the Road & On The Road Again are different edits.

Listen Loosescrew. you get a grip. That is the wrong one why do you always have to be a jerk? I have been having lots of trouble with password's changing. Just remove my TWA. It's not done yet.
