I lost track of the thread where we were discussing a test for administrator rights. I wanted to follow up on that.

The new code I found is valid with all versions of Windows above and including Win2k. That's the same set of OSs I'm supporting, so I should have no problems using it. And it's a very simple solution, using a standard api function from the shell dll. It tests fine on my systems, so I'm including this change in the next update.
