I noticed this is still 100 minimum, I thought it was going to be changed to something like 20? Or am I mistaken, I would rather have a map with a ton of 20's than 100's. Bubbles of 100 allows most people to only build 1 base instead of having to protect several.

Other than that so far 2.16 is looking good. I will do more testing tomorrow on the minimum speed settings. Thanks for adding this back in.

I might have misunderstood the request for a smaller bubble size. The problem is, for a variety of reasons, bubble size needs to be no smaller than the minimum universe size. That's where 100 sectors comes from. I may revisit the situation and see if I can work out a way around that limit, but I didn't choose that number arbitrarily.

No Problem I was going off memory  which believe it or not does fail me occasionally or so my wife tells me.

I have noticed you can randomly get a bunch of bubbles in the 10 ~ 20 range but I have never found a setting that allows for it consistently. I guess just random luck.

Yeah, that's true. The game doesn't control bubbles at that level. They're meant to be larger chunks of space with a small number of entries. It would be nice to provide more control over features like small bubbles, tunnels, dead-ends, loops, etc. For now, it's pretty random.
