Story Teller brags about having 25 unique IP's which makes me think he doesn't even know how big the games used to be.

The tourney games these days are pathetic. Barely 3 teams, a clueless OP running, noob settings like moo and 2000+ turns, and bug using cheaters.

2019 HHT and 2020 Xmas tourney both had only 1 team show up.

Side note: Rider has held a grudge against me for 20 years now ever since I killed him in the TW League game way back when. Ask him about some time.

I don't know you from "way back when". When I played at Evo I played with BadGirl and her crew. If you were there your name wasn't Prestone, you stole that from a good player I liked.

I corped with BadGirl a couple of times.

She invited me to join her Title Game corp. That was the very last Home Sector Title Game which we won after I killed all the Black Knights one night.

Prestone, I'm sure if you get a team together and put the tourney settings together, you'll get people to play against you. This thread may just be the best recruiting tool I've seen in tradewars for a while, I don't even think Rider/Shadow are playing at the moment, but they will for this. If the game comes about, I won't be going "Let's kill Prestone", I'll play clinically and strategically and will play to win. So don't worry about being ganged up on.

In the shockingly horrible turn of events, I'm going to talk about the actual game.

I am curious tho why you put this down to "noob settings"?
20+ years ago, we played 600 turn games, because there was far less automation, bots and higher latency. I was playing pings around 1 second, it's partly why I'd never play high turn games. It'd just take to long.

The principles of saving EVERY TURN POSSIBLE, still apply to a 3k turn game, in fact, it's part of the reason why I feel I have a massive competitive advantage on people. In my mind, I'm playing a 300 turn game, burning a turn to holo on day 1, when I don't have to, erks me to death. It actually amplifies the skilled person's advantage.

Moos and other settings are all fine, the person/team who can still put together the best strategy, will still wins. The people who don't have the knowledge of all the game mechanics and don't have the creativity to work out how to take advantage, loose, in the long run.

Great idea except for the part about allowing Rider to participate.

If Rider wants to play he will have to admit his bug use and apologize for it in that tournament's thread. Additionally, he would have to identify the other individual who also used the same bug.

Otherwise he is ineligible.

Unfortunately for you, you don't get to make the rules because you are nobody and none of us care what you think. The rest of us will just play without you rather than play in to your delusions.
