Photons in regen turn games?

 Right now I'm playing a regen turn game, which is functionally unlimited... And I am trying to figure out what happens when you are photoned... Is it no turns 'till the next regen or no regens at all? I can't tell as I haven't been photoned yet and would rather not be.
Oh, BTW, what kind of code does this forum use for it's sigs, anyways? |

In a turn limited game, a photon will take away all of your turns until the top of the hour, when you will get more turns ( daily turn allowance / 24 )
