This is NOT an aleins planet. You can see it was created by a player as well. Is this happening because it is planet number 2? If someone blew an alien planet and then created another planet with the same number, would it become unblowable too?

It's planet number 2, meaning it took the place of stock ferrengal. The sysop has ferrengal set to invincible, therefore it can't be zdy'd.
