Did this before, seems its about time again.

Ever wonder why the Pack 1, Pack 2 and Cherokee's scripts have folders when you look in the SWATH menu under "Scripts > TWXProxy Scripts"? Here is the XML that swath uses to create those folders in the swath menu without creating a bunch of folders in your twxproxy/scripts directory

If you are running Windows XP the file can be found here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SWATH\SWATH.CFG

If you are using Windows 7 it can be found here:
C:\ProgramData\SWATH\SWATH.CFG

The following is mine. This info is in the TWXProxy section of the SWATH.CFG file.
Edit yours how you want it and good luck.

<TWXProxy>
<MenuKey>$</MenuKey>
<ScriptDirectory>C:\TW2002\TWXProxy\scripts</ScriptDirectory>
<MenuFilters>
<SubMenu prefix="1_">Pack 1</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="2_">Pack 2</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="_ck">Cherokee Public</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="__ck">Cherokee Combat</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="Ram_">RammaR</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="_vid">Vid Kid</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="3_">Dynarri</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="4_">Promethius</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="5_">Wildstar</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="6_">RammaR</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="7_vid">Vid Kid</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="8_">Traitor</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="9_">Alexio</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="__ender">Ender</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="EP_">EP</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="extras">Extras</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="pinky_">Crap</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="helix_">Helix</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="Kaus_">Kaus</SubMenu>
<SubMenu prefix="ls_">Lonestar</SubMenu>
</MenuFilters>
</TWXProxy>

Do you mean the program or the .cfg file? The .cfg has been in the All Users directory since something like 1.94 or so.

I don't have an All Users Directory, my SWATH.cfg is in c:\Program Data\SWATH\

Maybe it has something to do if a person did an upgrade vs fresh install.... and my version is Win7 Pro 64bit not that it should make a huge difference or not.

So is mine. v1.98 SWATH, fresh install.

I always install SWATH into C:\TW2002\SWATH, never into Program Files or Program Files (x86), the config file is in the same place for me in Windows 7 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit. It has to be the affect (or lack of affect) of UAC or DEP :)
