Can't Register SWATH

 Can't Register SWATHAnyone else have this issue? I bought SWATH but when I click on the Registration Tool in SWATH it doesn't do anyone. I tried the actual file in the folder (Registration Tool) but it has an error saying I don't have permission to access that file (I tried Administrator mode, to no avail). I emailed SWATH like their FAQ said when you have registration issues, but received no answer. I paid $26 for a program I can no longer use. Tips?

Re: Can't Register SWATH The author is still active, so you should get a response, just be patient.
