if im not mistake in the latest version of the GS when i turned on a Interdictor the gold aliens still could leave the sector.. dunno if this is a bug or not...


after reading some information on the forum that might nto be a bug .. but rather not enough Ore on the planet why they coudl leave

The planetary interdictor should hold aliens in sector if it's on and there is enough ore on the planet to power it.

If you think there's a bug, the best thing is to describe the steps leading up to the problem, with a copy/paste of the TW output.
