Went to go and try to support Cruncher's Board by participting in the new game.... whoever "Me" is has a block setup to Stardock ALREADY!

I thought something looked mighty funny when the 2 previous traders were already *SD* in a new 1000 turn game, NOT good Cruncher, not good at all.
I just CBY'd after hitting the OFFENSIVE figs leading to Stardock, have a nice tournament, lol.

Crap, I was so busy yesterday that I forgot all about this.

But this is why 1,000 turns is far too many. You have to be in before your opponents play about 500 turns, or it's much harder to get started.

Guess I should have spent more turns in the Merf before going for it. Had to burn all my turns in a pod. But I got in...

Whoever "me" is will pay tomorrow.

This is a tournament mode game, play it cut-throat. If SD is blocked, get in at extern (EST) and express run.

You've got to learn how to get around SD blocks some day.

If this type of competition isn't your "cup-o-tea" play in any of the other games, or my personal game where I look after things if you just want to tinker around. We have at least one base in that game that's gone rouge.

You know you're dealing with an old-timer when they talk about Rouge Mercenaries ;) I don't think TW has called them Rouge Mercenaries since at least the early 90s. Back when I first started working on the game, I changed that to Rogue Mercenaries. I was pretty sure it was a typo, but who knows...

That, or either its the Sarah Palin base, she likes to go "Rouge"

just a word of advice. Never use 'Door #1' when getting to dock. blockades are standard and should be expected.

I always take the backdoor to SD whenever possible.
If it is a tournament game, expect SD to be blockaded, with someone sitting on density foton at dock.

He's not kidding... he really is parked at dock, not Fedsafe. Someone want to go red?

SD is completely surrounded, 500-1500 density. The back door to SD is also blockaded. (By my fighters, now.)

Why is game time an hour and 17 minutes off from actual EST ?
