So we have this game at Hard Galaxy. It's a truce game and I built planets in a sector off of Fed.
Well a person who knows better and who's name starts with V and ends in d came in took out the figs and took my planets.

I come back in the game and instead of saying "OOOPS" they guy blew up my planets and took the stuff off them and moved it back into the bubble.

So war on.

Now he tries to warp the issue and blame Slaggathor.

Well do not believe him. If you know this guy just nod and think "I really don't have to play with this guy".

Skuttl if 0 day level 2 planets can be done , but were not , then invasion will not show

Skuttl its not an invasion till planet is upgraded , this has been discussed on forum in depth.

So I can't have a base off Fed during truce? Have non-upgraded planets

From what I've always read and understood, during a truce it is a violation to take ANY aggressive action - including capturing/taking ownership of someone else's planets, attacking them, placing more than 1 fig outside your base, photoning, etc.

It was an obvious violation, and he knew it, as evidenced by his initial reaction to being asked to stop doing it: "since when is this a truce game?" Then once that didn't work, he tried to pretend it was okay because the planets weren't upgraded.

Oh by the way, for anyone thinking of playing on Vid's server, shortly after all of this occurred he started banning members of the opposing team. Apparently, challenging or defeating him on someone else's server is grounds for being banned on his server. Might want to think about that before you play there.

Not only that but the sector is protected in a truce. You can not go into a sector with planets if they are not yours.

This guy was wrong. There is not two ways about it, he just didn't want to make it good then he wanted to post crap under Slagathors posting in game rebangs.
